PreDiff: Precipitation Nowcasting with Latent Diffusion Models
We introduce a two-stage pipeline for probabilistic precipitation nowcasting. 1) We develop a latent diffusion model PreDiff. (2) We incorporate an auxiliary knowledge alignment mechanism, allowing the integration of domain expertise.
